Satterfield was arrested on the warrant and taken to the Kettering Jail. Officers discovered that Satterfield had an outstanding Failure to Comply warrant issued by the Warren County Sheriff’s office. Officers stopped Austin Satterfield, a 24-year-old white male at Roslyn and Wilmington Pike because of a moving violation. Officers arrested Johnson on the warrant and transported him to the Kettering Jail. Johnson had an active arrest warrant for Theft from Huber Heights. Johnson, a 25-year-old white male, was seen by officers in the vicinity of Muriel at Brownleigh. Officers determined that the man had numerous underlying health conditions, and the man’s remains were released to a local funeral home. Upon entering the residence, officers discovered a 79-year-old white male who had been deceased for several days. Officers responded to Weathersfield for a welfare check.
